Summer Lovin’

Summer’s here and I’ve been dying to spend a weekend alone in a deserted island to relax and reconnect with my self. Aaaaah, just the thought of a weekend basking in the sun, lying on powdery white sand, sipping my favorite mocha rum shake and dipping my toes on crystal clear blue waters…aaaah!!! the Life! Sigh! I just miss Bora… if only it were just an hour drive away from here!

To quench my thirst for beaches, I gave myself the pleasure of drooling over bargain holidays online. The packages are just so amazing…and the beaches, oh so enticing! My top picks: the Caribbean. Greece. Egypt! aaaaah! I can only dream!!! Not satisfied with what I found so far, I went to wikiTravel to do further research on the Caribbean and I just fell in love with the Bahamas. Look at the photo, doesn’t it look so tranquil?

Bahamas

Vacations in the islands can be a little expensive, but not if you’re resourceful enough to find cheap holidays online. Lucky for me, I found the best bargain online. Now, it’s time to save save save up for that dream vacay!!!

Offsite at Eagle Point

Finally, I will take a much much needed rest after working my ass off the last couple of weeks. Yeah, corporate life sucks big time but it does have it’s perks… like a day or 2 on sabbatical on the beach on the company’s pocket. Not bad, huh? Well, it’s not so big like an offsite for the whole team in Bora, but at least there’s something to look forward to… And I’m a teeny bit excited about it. I packed my game of Taboo! already… and a big stash of ruffles to munch on while I lie down in the sand in Sepoc beach. I can’t wait to get a tan!!! Anywhere near salty water works for me! :-)

I will try to take pictures. But don’t count on it. I’m just too damn lazy to post em all here. :-) check my flickr… I just might!
