My first downtime with MyDestiny

Eversince I switched to MyDestiny Cable Internet a few weeks back, it has been nothing but a smooth ride all along. Until today when my connection dropped just when I was about to finish all my meetings for the day. Bummer! I was excited to head out and do my errands before my evening call, when my connection dropped.

You see, I’ve had too much problems with PLDT MyDSL over the last 3 years. Name it, double billing, connection problems that could go on for months, below par customer service and undeniably slow download speeds even with a 2mbps plan. Having experienced all the trauma with PLDT, I had very little trust in other providers, knowing that it could be much worse on the other side of the fence. But no, MyDestiny proved me wrong today. Today was the first time I actually had connectivity drops ever since I got hooked up. But what impressed me more was the fact that I actually managed to speak to someone on the phone, and get the issue resolved the very same day. Kudos to Jay and the Destiny Team for a terrific job! :-)
